All too often clients pay extremely high hourly rates to large law firms (with a multitude of other clients) where unknown associates, who have limited to no contact with the client, do most of the work. These associates, often in their first year of legal practice, are now commonly billed out at $190 per hour. At the law offices of Robert F. Shaw, Jr. representation is personal, work is conducted by those the client has a relationship with. At our office we provide flexible payment plans where appropriate and provide flexible rates to those who are in a position of financial hardship. Our approach to the practice of law allows for this because we maintain a limited case load and keep overhead costs down. Rather than hiring several permanent attorneys and passing on the associated costs to clients, attorneys of the highest quality are hand-picked whenever appropriate, and fantastic legal teams, with all of the values and care that distinguish our office and serve as a foundation for our practice of law, are assembled for our client’s benefit.
